About the 1.5 inch Adapter for Fire Hose FNPSH

This adapter plays an important role because it helps the reducing adapter, which converts the pump’s 2 inch flow down to 1.5 inches. Working together with the reducer, this adapter safely moves high-pressure water flow from the pump into the hose.

Its inlet features a gasket, which creates a tight seal against the reducer’s flat-ended inlet. Meanwhile, this adapter’s coupler swivels to tightly attach the hose without twisting it. These features not only prevent leaks but also preserve all that high pressure for attacking fires from a safe distance.  Both adapters, as well as lay flat hoses, can handle up to 190 PSI.
