Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Flaman Sales will accept the return of both defective and non-defective
products, provided they meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Flaman Sales will accept the exchange of new products only. Products must be
unused by the customer and returned in the original packaging in which they
were received.

If a product is deemed to have been used, it will not be eligible for exchange.

Timeframe for Return or Exchange

The return or exchange window for any product purchased on the Flaman Sales
website is seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

Products will not be eligible for return or exchange once this period has
passed.

Refund Process

The refund process following the return of a product may take up to three (3)
business days to complete.

Refunds will be issued using the same form of payment that was used at the time
of the original order.

There are no restocking fees for products that are returned.

Return and Exchange Instructions

Products being returned or exchanged must be shipped or dropped off at Flaman
Sales in Saskatoon.

Customers returning or exchanging products in person are required to present
an invoice that includes the order number and invoice number in order to
receive a refund or exchange.

Products shipped back to Flaman Sales must include a packing slip. It is the
customer’s responsibility to download, print, and securely attach the packing
slip to the package.

Return shipments may be dropped off at Purolator or Canada Post drop-off
locations.
