This light’s #194 wedge base bulb is easy and inexpensive to replace while you travel. It’s easily accessible and well-protected from bad weather by a durable polycarbonate lens and a corrosion-resistant gray-coated plastic base. That base keeps moisture out with a weather-tight gasket.

It also installs easily, thanks to its ear mount design. Surface mounting on 3-1/4″ centers, the base matches several similar models on the market, making it a universal replacement for a large variety of vehicles. You may not have to drill mounting screw holes, but its easy to do, if necessary. Just use your mount to mark the hole positions, then drill them with self-tapping screws. 

The License Plate Ear Mounted Light features single wire design, grounding through the base of its mounting hardware. That single wire threads through a centre hole while you re-mount your base and screw it down. Then simply connect the wire to your existing wiring harness. A low draw of only 0.2 amps at 12.8V provides steady brightness, leaving plenty of power for your other electrical systems.
