4 inch Round Grommet

This 4 inch Round Grommet recess mounts to secure trailer lights, backup lights, and stop, tail, & turn signals. It installs easily and holds fast in commercial and utility vehicles, or in trailer build or retrofit projects.

All you need is a pre-cut 4 1/2 inch hole in your trailer or vehicle frame. Made of tough but flexible black PVC, the grommet features an outer lip that slips through the hole, then holds the unit solidly in place. There, it presents a stylish, sleek, low-profile look.

More importantly, its recessed design makes it a quick, press-in installation base for round, 4 inch lights. The lamp wiring slips through the large hole at the back of the grommet, providing a clear view of the hookup to your trailer’s wiring harness. 

This unit also protects fragile light bulbs or LEDs from the shocks and jolts of rough-road travel. It does so by eliminating shakes, rattles, and unintended disconnections. This weather-resistant grommet also prevents moisture, dirt, and road debris from contaminating connections in its back housing.
